Funnily enough I had read that 2001 posting while trawling for answers
myself! It was an interesting exchange, but I don't think it contains
the answer. I don't want to write a new version of
D2WQueryToOneRelationship. I'm a bit puzzled how this broke for me in
WO5.4 but others have apparently not reported a similar problem - I'm
assuming there are D2W apps out there in the wild. I rebuilt my D2W
app afresh, but when using D2WQueryToOneRelationship to pick a related
object: no user selection = crash. This is only for an internal app we
use, hence not critical.
