Hi Gustavo,
It is best to keep all questions on the list (even if they are simple
ones) as most questions are not unique to you and others may find the
answers helpful as well.
To me, Veogen (Velocity EOGenerator) is the best for several reasons:
1) Built into WOLips
2) Actively Developed. In the past I have had requests for new
features fulfilled on the _same day_. Truly amazing. (not all
requests, but simple, broad interest features).
3) Built into WOLips
4) Actively Developed
5) It has the most templates available for it (http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=2655245
)
6) Most people using WO 5.4 and OS X 10.5 use it so you'll get the
most help with it from the lists.
(yes, 3 & 4 are duplicates, but they are that important, to me)
