Yes, I did know about the split install, but I had no idea that it
will require on the Server automatically.
I have changed the Ant Scripts like showed in the Wiki and it worked
perfect.

This is a split install. In a proper deployment, your
WebServerResources are deployed into the /Library/WebServer/
Documents/WebObjects/YourApp.woa/Contents/WebServerResources and .../
Frameworks/YourFramework.framework/WebServerResources and server by
Apache directly instead of by your WO app.
