This didn't happen to me, but I find it completely unacceptable from Apple. If they sold tickets as part of the ADC membership, those tickets should have been set aside whether they were claimed or not. When did Apple turn into a crappy airline?

When they discovered what the iPod could do for the stock price?  :-)

It should be the people who bought tickets most recently, not the people who had ADC memberships for an entire year. In my opinion, Apple should make room for ADC members by returning the money of the most recent ticket purchasers and pay any expenses incurred by those people for cancellations.


I can't see that happening. You can't easily take back something that you have already sold.
