Uh, that's weird.

If I look at my launch script in any of my WOApps they all echo the launch arguments before they call exec.

So if I call /Library/Applications/SNAdmin.woa/SNAdmin from the terminal I get:

Reading MacOSClassPath.txt ...
Launching SNAdmin.woa ...
java -XX:NewSize=2m -Xmx64m -Xms32m -DWORootDirectory="/System" - DWOLocalRootDirectory="" -DWOUserDirectory="/Users/david"...

Your error is saying that the script is feeding something illegal to exec, I would expect the echo to tell us what that was.
