For whatever reason (short of the lab and an unscheduled feedback session), it would appear that Tuesday is Java/WebObjects day. Sit in Soma from 9am until 3:15. I find interesting things on most days for every slot, but it appears that Tuesday after 3:15 might not be so stellar unless you want a Cocoa refresher. That said, the best time for usual webobjects mafia debrief might be that afternoon. That, or more alcohol :)
Just some initial thoughts after viewing the schedule. The Lab session is first thing Wednesday morning. They are making it easier for people with early Friday flights this year.
