One word: No.
Why? frameworks have dependencies, however *they* depend on those
dependencies (in this case WOnder frameworks) being in the application
classpath. Remember, it is the application that is launched with one
consolidated classpath of all code. Frameworks are just collections of
commonly used code, but in themselves are not the application that is
executing. A framework does not execute independently or exist
independently of the application at runtime. I hope that makes it
easier to understand the "why".
