It is possible to use the PK/FK as actual data, but aside from being
bad style, it is best to keep them separated so that if you want to
change the actual data in some way, there are no problems dealing with
maintenance of referential integrity.

Thanks for your suggestion. Could you elaborate more? Why is using PK
considered as a bad style?
