Run ant with -verbose as a command line argument to see if you get
other useful information.
I did the following on my system:
sudo cp /Applications/eclipse341/plugins/
org.objectstyle.wolips.woproject.ant_3.4.5526/lib/woproject.jar /usr/
share/ant/lib/
Also, make sure the build.xml are really the latest version.
