Chuck is right, you will get a table for the abstract parent so
that PK generation works properly and generates unique PK's across
all of your horizontal subentities.
Why is that necessary? i.e., why do they need to be unique across
sub-entities for HI?
(and it's obviously not working ;-)
Because if they are not, EOF can't tell which object is of which
entity type.
