I know I get this from time to time and have to address it, but I think I do as you do and end up with non-mutables getting bound to "list".

I thought the WORepetition looked like it copies the NSArray before using it so that this can't happen? Maybe not with mutable's I wonder?
I was checking to see if this is a bug we introduced in ERXWORepetition (which is actually what's being used here), but as far as I can tell, WORepetition does not clone internally. When I saw your comment I was actually relieved that maybe this explained why I'm not sure I've ever actually noticed this before, but it doesn't look like that's the case. Kind of odd. Maybe it's that most arrays that I pass to repetitions are themselves cloned before they go in so I don't have this happen ...
