I experienced something like this before. If you are using WOLips,
this worked for me.
Right click your css file in WO Explorer and select WOLips Tools ->
Include as WebServerResource

Its funny that if I take the .css from the Webserverresources then
the style its not applied and of course in the console will show me
that it couldn't find the css.
but still im getting the "warning"
Unable to get contents of file '/Library/WebServer/Documents/cgi-bin/
WebObjects/niftyCorners.css' for uri: /cgi-bin/WebObjects/
niftyCorners.
css
I remember that when I created my app, and put the .css and set up
the bindings, all was fine, then I set up a script in the header
which calls a JS function and I guess inside applies the style, and
after that I started getting the warning.
I have no idea why its giving it, but as far as the Css and the JS
are being processed correctly all its fine... I guess... :S
