can you reach the wotaskd in your browser using http://localhost:1085 ?
How did you start the wotaskd process ?

WODebuggingEnabled=false
WODirectConnectEnabled=true
WOCachingEnabled=true
wOPort=1085
WOHost=localhost
Can anyone help?
