setupWorkspace puts create wolips.propertis and puts it into the Root folder along with woproject.jar .. you should be using the line exactly from that slide .. not that this is wrong, just that it's more work that necessary

A couple questions:

1) wolips.properties: I'm using a custom wolips.properties file, different from the one auto-generated by the setup script. It points to my workspace-specific install of WO & WOnder, I would assume that this is the best way to keep them separate.

2) woproject.jar: What's the benefit of the file being copied into Root? If you have to have it in your dependencies directory, why not just use it from there? Is this to allow different versions of woproject.jar?
