I started doing the document but I'm still working on the new
wocommunity.org site (and re-recording my WOWODC East session...),
feel free to update the wiki when you got it working. Like Guido said,
you need to install WO manually and install the Apache module. And I
suggest that you use the Wonder version of wotaskd/JavaMonitor, we use
it on our staging server for the last 4 weeks and it's working just
fine.

10.6. and looking for instructions
Apple site has nothing
ADC Select web site seems to have only outdated stuff
Google returns only references to the "dropped support" statement
and fuss
