Got through a couple of pages until I required JSConfirmPanel from JavaWOExtensions.

I see <tyf.woa/Contents/Frameworks/JavaWOExternsions.framework> on the server?

That was a question?  :-P

Look in the classpath file for javawoextensions.jar? Is it there? Is it pointing to where the jar is?

To me, that says that the WOAdaptor in the web server or WOTaskd are not configured correctly.
What does the WOAdaptorInfo page show you?
