This is indeed the solution, I am not a windows-men, and that was the problem.
I did not know the meaning of %APPDATA% and there was the file I needed, I 
added the 2 lines like Henrique wrote and it works now.
Problem was that i did a search of wolips.properties, but is is hidden, so I 
could not find it.

How can I get a login to add this to the confluence-wiki?
