Looks like you have a model based qualifier that you have not provided
a value for $acctId. I don't know why that is different between
these display groups.

$acctId is an Integer, I searched and found no null acctId's in the
DB?
This is not related to what is in the database.
Is this an Integer - String conversion problem?
From what I can read <unbound> implies never been set.
As a rough guess, you are missing a step setting up the qualifier for
ERXBatchingDisplayGroup
