Hi Greg,

IMPORTANT: Make sure that in etc/apache2/httpd.conf, the following is removed 
or commented out: (OS Upgrade 10.6.2 -> 10.6.3 put this line back in)      

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/
