The other web applications on the same machine are ok.  We did not try the
'graceful' command.
We are running on WebOjects 5.2.4 and java version "1.5.0_19" on this box.
After reverting all of our patches, the problem was resolved...so it seems
that one of those 153 was the culprit.  We suspect the Apache patch.  Don't
know if it was caused because of the older version of WO though.
