Be REALLY careful with setting parameters! Set them correctly. The parameter given here is NOT correct. It is either -WOCachingEnabled true or -DWOCachingEnabled=true The Problem with -WOCachingEnabled=true is that "WOCachingEnabled=true" becomes the key and part of the following pair becomes the value and messes up the property setting.
