Hrm, ERMODPickListPage looks like it slipped through the cracks and does not look fully completed, the nav bar should show up, but it's bindings are not complete. Also, ERMD2WBatchNavigationBar and ERMDBatchSizeControl don't currently support form submission when paging so any of the selections made in the selection list will not be maintained.
