So, it appears that it's the ERPrototypes framework that is creating the
conflict. When I delete the framework from my workspace I no longer get the
unable to create primary key error.
But then I got:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: adaptorValueType: unable to load class named
'ERXMutableDictionary' for attribute familyTree on entity HPHorse
Which I was able to fix by removing ERExtensions framework.
