When you added the relationship, you probably created the inverse, which you're 
not supposed to do. That dialog is saying that you modified the ERAttachment 
model, giving you the option to say you DO NOT want to save it. You want to say 
"no" to saving, for exactly the reason you have there. You also can save 
yourself some pain next time and just uncheck the inverse relationship in the 
relationship wizard.
