I don't think we will ever WOWODC near WWDC. Apple give the WWDC dates later each year, last year we would have only 6 weeks to organize WOWODC, that's not enough. And if WOWODC is still 3 days, imagine 3 days of WOWODC + 5 days of WWDC. Part of the reason WOWODC went really well this year is because we had more time to organize it and presenters had more time to prepare.
