Hi Ted,

I am not sure it is mandatory or not. However the problem you mentioned was 
fixed for me under Safari by setting this property to -1. I haven't checked 
Firefox or any other browser. If this does not fix the problem for you then I 
guess you need to inspect the css and js to understand the root cause and apply 
a patch.
