It is not in Wonder, it is part of WebObjects itself. I think you are looking for com.webobjects.foundation.NSPropertyListSerialization
It has methods to convert between String and NSDictionary (and NSArray) plists. Just add a large text field to your database and cover methods in Java to get and set the NSDictionary value.
