3 guys from Germany came to WOWODC this year, and it look like all German 
organizations are not in the same area, and they didn't mention any WO 
Community organization over there. The only place I know some kind of 
organization exists is in Japan, and Ken Ishimoto can make the bridge between 
the two communities.
