AFAICS, it's fixed in the repo. For example:
$ grep "<script" index.html.vm
<script src = "prototype.js"></script>
Does eomodeler.jar get built with any regularity (can't find it on mDimension
Jenkins), or should we just extract those templates and use them externally?
