just a note here: If you use SQL-Server with the Microsoft jdbc driver and jre 1.6.0 u 29 you will probably notice, that login will not work (infinite hang). See: http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7105007 Workaround: use jre 1.6 u27 Regards Frank
