Yes, we use compatibility mode (example jQuery.noConflict();    
jQuery(document).click...) and that worked great with all browsers and now, 
after installing last Wonder frameworks (for webobjects 5.4), it still works 
great with IE 7+, firefox, safari... but users told us our softwares do not 
work anymore with IE6 and that's true.

I will look forward disabling jQuery or upgrading jQuery, we use 1.5.2
