Chuck (and all),

Thanks for the responses. I didn't follow up because I didn't see my initial
message go through and it was kinda an emergency. :-)

Anyway, the issue is kinda solved…but not really since I don't know what caused
the change in behavior or which step I tried that fixed it.

Initially, I added WOHost arguments to the properties of wotaskd and
JavaMonitor. I restarted them. It didn't make a difference at first and I was
not able to connect to http://<hostname>:1085 or http://<hostname>:56789. Then
I used JavaMonitor's "Synchronize Host" command and again re-launched both
wotaskd and JavaMonitor. No dice still.

Then I took a phone call. This turned out to be the pivotal step. :-) When I
came back I was able to connect to wotaskd and JavaMonitor. I dunno.
Connecting to my running app still resulted in "Requested Application not
found…."

Stopping and starting the app over the next few minutes resulted in restored
service. The most frustrating aspect of WO for me - deployment voodoo.

I guess one should take a phone call and come back.
