Ted, the decision is up to you but... I'm transitioning any domains we registered with godaddy off them as they come up for renewal.
I'm disappointed I used them in the first place and I won't do any other business with them (i.e: Pro SOPA, elephant hunting, misogynistic ads) There are lots of other VDS providers, personally I'd look elsewhere.
