I've been interested in this topic before. I wondered if our WO server stuff can receive CalDAV notifications from Apple and others such that our WO app could provide integration with multiple calendar services and still provide a notification based backbone for those who have such - like Apple's iCal and related APIs on the iPhone client.
I'd be interested in what's learned and would certainly use it at some juncture. I am a strong believer that the future of WOnder is all about the mobile client and this is one related item on my list for that.
