Thanks for the answer.  Am I the only one that thinks this might be 
problematic?  (Or are you just talking about the load order of the "new" files?)

I'm still not quite sure I'm following—what is the "feature" you're referring 
to?  (Feel free to reply tomorrow in your time zone!)  The bottom line is this: 
if I'm _not_ using any of these new Properties files, has the load order (of 
all the pre-existing Properties files) changed?  That is, is it conceivable 
that anyone who isn't following along could possibly get a nasty surprise here? 
 Ken, I really think this needs to be fully documented somewhere.
