returns this:

http://127.0.0.1/WebObjects/FitnotixService.woa/WebServerResources/emailBackground.png

but that URL doesn't work - this one does:

http://127.0.0.1/WebObjects/FitnotixService.woa/Contents/WebServerResources/emailBackground.png

sigh...
