Was this in a framework? Is the MySQL plugin on the class path in the framework?

Checking and unchecking the related checkbox shows or hides this comment. This is against a MySQL database. This has worked before (create table eo_pk_table....) and now I just get this comment. What could be the cause? Where should I start digging?
