Hey Ted,

Yikes! Don’t do that. Storing EOs in ivars is a recipe for hurt. 

Local-instancing, deleting, etc. will either break or just be silently f’d up 
for you to find later. Trust me, I used to make this mistake all the time and 
then spend days trying to figure out why I keep getting EOs in different ECs, 
or EOs with no EC. 

Past Dave is an Idiot, you know.

Create cover methods that simply qualify or sort the result set and target 
*those* with your rules.
