This is probably just as ancient as GoogleCharts, but for server-side generation I thought JFreeChart (<http://www.jfree.org/jfreechart/>) was pretty cool. The factory classes make it really easy to generate (and customize) an amazing variety of charts. I’ve used it directly and it's straightforward to integrate into WO (or pdf generation, etc.), but I think Wonder might have some classes built on it as well.
