Gino, I can be completely wrong, but it looks like two problem logs interspersed, which stinks by a threading issue, along with the fact it happens intermittently.
If possible, I'd check race conditions and try to synchronize (or lock) where needed. Quite possibly someone other would give a much better advice, just a quick-look idea.
