Say your framework's POM looks like this:
<project ...>
<groupId>com.foo</groupId>
<artifactId>MuApp_FW</artifactId>
<version>0.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
...
Then you just copy that into the dependencies block in your app's POM:
<project>
...
<dependencies>
<dependency>
<groupId>com.foo</groupId>
<artifactId>MuApp_FW</artifactId>
<version>0.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
...
Eclipse will find the framework if it's open in your workspace.
