What Paul says will work, but I think my way is easier :) Assuming you
have maven installed already,
mvn io.github.wocommunity:woinstall-maven-plugin:woinstall
Installs WebObject. Then download Eclipse for Committers found at,
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/
Then install WOLips5 (Two steps mentioned in "Installing WOLips"),
https://github.com/wocommunity/wolips
Finally, add some archetypes to quickstart new apps/frameworks with
maven in a fluffy bunny layout,
https://github.com/nullterminated/woarchetypes
