OpenBase runs on Windows NT.

OpenBase and OpenBase Lite are two different things. To clear up any possible confusion let me explain the differences (and answer your questions at the same time). OpenBase Lite is only an EOF adaptor. There is no server or administration tools like with the normal version of OpenBase. This explains why the OpenBase Lite version doesn't have a lot of files. This was what Apple wanted for their WOF4.0 package.

OpenBase Lite comes with WOF as a small lightweight database for single user WebObjects development.

Both OpenBase and OpenBase Lite use the Yellow-Box DLLs on Windows NT. You do need to install those correctly before anything will work.

I should also mention that for folks who are using WOF4.0 you will need to use OpenBase 6.0 with it (or OpenBase Lite that comes with WOF4.0). OpenBase 6.0 includes and EOF3.0 adaptor and is compiled for WOF4.0. Earlier versions will not work because they were compiled before WOF4.0.

OpenBase 6.0 will be shipping very soon. At that time we would encourage everyone to visit our new online store and website (not up yet). Please feel free to e-mail me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you have any further questions. Thank you.
