ReportMill templates are fully portable - you can do template design
on any version or supported platform and run them with the framework
on any other platform (with the same or later version number).
In WO4 our we changed the name of our component from "ReportMill" to
"ReportMillPage" (due to a new namespace restriction that was
introduced in that release).
