I don't know about Internet Explorer; but with Netscape, there is a way
to force it to reload the page ignoring any cached versions. Bascially
you hold down a modifier key while clicking "Reload" in the Netscape
toolbar. The modifier key varies by platform, and I can never remember
which one is which. I just keep trying Control, Alt, Command, etc until I
hit the right key. :)
