I'm developing a simple bookmarking service with Webpy and I need to store (utf-8) URLs in a Mysql field.
1. Should I go with a utf8_general_ci (and store utf-8 IRIs as they are) or ASCII (utf8 IRI -> ASCII uri) ? 2.
