Details:
when using ProgramDigest=true in url.list with websec 1.8.0, the following
error occurs:
print() on unopened filehandle OUTPAGE at /usr/bin/websec line 185, <> line
63.
print() on unopened filehandle OUTPAGE at /usr/bin/websec line 186, <> line
63.
print() on unopened filehandle OUTPAGE at /usr/bin/websec line 187, <> line
63.
and the created html file appears to be empty
following patch fixes the problem: the file is created with digest content.
