Can websh be installed by non root users?
I would like to use websh on my web app. But I do not control the web server. The server is running Apache with protocol=HTTP/1.1
I have installed Tcl in my local user folders and am able to create and run tcl scripts as cgi scripts.
Websh appears as though it would be a great alternative for me.
