Why don't you like it. Now I can at least say that it's intended :-)
Where would you expect Websh to puts its files?

If you install to the base directory of an Apache these directories
make kind of sense, don't they? And since we're installilng an Apache
modules, that cannot be a terribly wrong thing, right?
