We recently updated the home page to highlight a project or community (ZFS, in this case). There was a bit of mix-up in terms of running the idea out there (we mentioned a number of time sin the past, but I should have mocked it up first), so apologies for the surprise.
In any event, moving forward we'd like people to submit their project or community for a home page feature where it will run for 1-2 months. You can either send artwork and content along or ask us to create something, whichever you'd prefer.
